The Gregory Middle School Music Department is pleased to announce our Fall Fundraiser. This year we are offering a catalog from Club’s Choice that features quality gourmet cookie dough, desserts, breads, soups, appetizers, and other food items. We hope you will appreciate the convenience of catalog shopping and help support our band, orchestra, and chorus students.
The money raised from our annual fundraiser helps to defray the cost of summer music camp for many students each year. We are able to bring in professional musicians to Gregory for master classes, recitals, and performances. In addition, we are able to purchase special instruments and musical equipment that enhance our performances throughout the year. We hope that you will find items in the catalog that may be a treat for your friends or family.
Please know that you are under no obligation to order from Club’s Choice. The Gregory Music Department would gratefully accept donations if you choose to do so. Direct donations to the department further help our goals of providing additional curricular opportunities and equipment purchases, such as music composition and/or practice software for each band/orchestra/chorus student, as well as expedite larger and more long-term purchase goals such as digital recording systems and more capable sound systems for our music classrooms and performance spaces.
If you would like to make a direct donation in lieu of or in addition to ordering from the Club’s Choice catalog, please fill out the form at the bottom of the letter linked here, detach, and include with your check (no cash, please) made payable to Gregory Middle School Music in a sealed envelope. You may return the envelope to Gregory any time prior to or on Tuesday, October 2.
Students will be bringing home a packet of fundraiser materials starting today. All orders must be returned with customer payments by Tuesday, October 2; no late forms will be accepted after 3:00pm that day, so please plan accordingly. Also, be sure that all customer orders and payments are double-checked for accuracy, and sealed in the large white fundraiser envelope. Checks should be made payable to Gregory MS Music. Items will be delivered to Gregory on Thursday, November 1, and are available for pickup between 3:00-7:00pm.
