Dear Gregory Chorus Students & Parents,
We are closing in on our highly-anticipated grade-level Triptych Concerts on Wednesday, December 18 in the Gregory East Gym. If you are new to the Gregory music department, our Triptych concerts are combined chorus/band/orchestra performances that are organized by grade level. Here is the schedule for those concerts:
- 6th Grade Triptych (+ Men’s Ensemble) - 12:30pm and 2:00pm. All performing students will perform the same concert twice—parents/guardians with last names A-L are encouraged to attend the 12:30pm performance, while parents/guardians with last names M-Z are encouraged to attend the 2:00pm performance. Visitors to Gregory will need to sign in at the main entrance greeter desk, before proceeding to the East Gym for the performance. Students performing should wear their concert attire to school (*see below for attire requirements). Students must stay at Gregory at the conclusion of the second performance…no dismissals prior to 3:00pm are permitted.
- 7th Grade Triptych (+ Pioneer Fiddlers) - 6:30pm. Students performing should report to the West Gym by 5:45pm.
- 8th Grade Triptych (+ Mixed Vocal Ensemble) - 8:15pm. Students performing should report to the West Gym by 7:30pm.
*Attire for all Triptych concerts is “nice dress clothing” (no gray music polo shirt). Bright, festive colors are encouraged!
Additionally, we are looking to decorate the gym with some poinsettia plants. If you have one or more that you would like to donate, you can drop it off at the main entrance greeter desk anytime prior to Tuesday, December 17. Thank you in advance for your generosity!
